Just because I can’t pat together a snowball, roll it through the yard to make three BIG snowballs, plop them on top of one another and add coal for eyes, a carrot for a nose, stones for a smile and a soft blue scarf, doesn’t mean I don’t know how. And just because it’s too warm here to make a snowman, doesn’t mean I’m warm. It was 47 degrees when I woke up this morning. It’s only 64 degrees now, which is cold for southern California. So technically, I can’t make a snowman, but I still like to use the snowman design to write notes and remind myself of those snowy days. I can make a snowman here though, thanks to Ben and Jerry’s. This should keep you busy for hours. Did you know… the largest snowman was constructed in February 1999 in Maine. Even more interesting though is that it took him until June 10th to melt. I like that someone is keeping track of these big snowmen.
